Really with the technology that exist today. I don't think time of day matters unless you want to participate live.

I know the world has been interrupted with a few things but still wondering when there might be a TTT for CySA+. I'll be teaching at Sauk Valley Community College and want to use version 2.

I did go through the Train the Trainer that was held a few months back and got the free voucher. I had previously had a copy of the old Cloud Essentials+ books. Really just studied each of the topics in the objectives and crossed them off after I felt I knew the material.

Ifconfig is actually in the new security plus objectives.

I just attended the Wisconsin Technical College system conference and asked a lot of questions. I would say a large majority are skipping hardware mostly because in order to get all the other things fit in, they need to cut something. They are focusing more on security classes rather than cloud...

So as I looked at the Linux+ objectives, I don't see 'ifconfig'. But I am looking at the Security+ objectives and see 'ifconfig' but not 'ip addr'. With 'ifconfig' having been deprecated staring in 2009, when would we expect the CompTIA objectives to be consistent between certs?

Passed the 002 exam about a week ago. ?

How does an instructor order a book from the CompTIA store? Or can I get a copy some other way. When I try to get it from the store the site says it can't verify my account.

I'll be doing a presentation on Tuesday but not sure of the time. I guess I better find out. I think in the morning. :/
