Generally speaking, on all CompTIA exams that have PBQs, save them until the end. Do all the multiple-choice questions first. The only exception is the SecurityX exam, which has a single question in a virtual machine environment. You can't skip it. If you do, you can not return to it later.

The best you can do is contact Pearson Vue's customer support and plead your case. Ultimately, they will decide if they will offer you a new voucher.

I am still surprised how many people ask if someone has passed the most recent version. They never seem to care which version of the CISSP, CCSP, or CISM I've passed. They only seem to care about which versions of my CompTIA certs that I've passed, regardless of the CE status or expiration dates.
