It's $50 a year, whether you have 1 or a 100 certifications. Your payment should point towards your highest cert, in your case CySA+

CASP+ is now on version CAS-004. Security X will be CAS-005. The cool thing is that I don't have to take the exam, my CASP+ version 4 will be upgraded to Security X and all my certs will be renewed automatically
