Surprisingly, yes. I've assisted on onboarding programs for multiple companies where I was required to teach certification courses for interns in order to help them prepare for passing the exams.

The new naming conventions for the certifications were unnecessary and confusing. There are still a few dead links on the site. And some of the information is still woefully outdated. Navigation is not intuitive. This is a rough start for the new website.

All CompTIA certifications are mapped to a job role, not apprenticeships. The exam development process starts out with a Job Task Analysis (JTA) that's mapped to a job role. From that JTA, the exam objectives are built.

It's not 39 certifications. It's only 16, with the rest being CompCerts. CompCerts only require passing a quiz and no CEUs. They're not full-blown certifications.

I don't believe this certificate will require any CEUs. Quite honestly, I'm surprised CompTIA didn't create an AI+ full certification program. A few of the other certification bodies have AI training and some have certs.
