Is there a book? If yes is there a way to get a paperback version of it?

Hi Charlie - During the TTT, usually after the first week or so, you'll get a digital code for the text book that lasts 30 days online (so make sure you get the PDFs when you activate). However, if you want a paperback copy, you'll have to order one on your own.

Thanks where do I go to order the book? Is it a special book for train the trainer or just the general book?

This is the old one (Code Core 1 220-1001). I have not seen the new version on the Store. I think you should wait.

I haven't had time yet, but there are a few threads on the new labs and even discussion of doing a Toolbox series on them at some point. Also you can get a sample to try out. Check out the other threads.
