Are you referring to the Train the Trainer workshop that occurred for A+? If you registered for that, the instruction sheet was in each week's presentation under resources.

As I new member I am guessing you mean in general rather than the past train the trainer. (If you meant the TTT, see @Chris Posey 's post.)
I suggest talking with your CompTIA rep for your school or organization, they can help you get access to the training content.
