For AI Essentials and AI Prompting Essentials, where in the course / training do you take the internal exam to get the certificates of completion to obtain the completed training ? Im not seeing them in the Comptia Training page ??

So I guess if folks buy the course and complete the online training fully, do they get the Compcert added to their accounts ? That is what I am trying to clarify as I am aware they are not full certifications such as CySa + OR Sec +CIN TTT Series: AI Essentials and AI Prompting Essentials

Hello @GingerHacker, if you added the AI Essentials/AI Prompting Essentials content through the CIN TTT Institution on the CertMaster Platform, then the assessments will be located under the My Assessents tab on CertMaster.
If you are already on the platform with another training institution, then it would be to your advantage to reach out to your CompTIA representative and ask that the AI Essentials/AI Prompting Essential titles be added to your account.

Trying to catch up on demand, finally about halfway through the second video and periodically (at least once every few minutes) the video will stop and give the "this event has concluded. thank you for engaging with us" message. Then I have to hit the back button to get the video to play again, sometimes not where I left off. It's gotten to the point of being unbearable. Anyone else having/had this issue? Edit: it's not my network as far as I can tell (no dropped pings).
