Assist a Learner with Learn portal access

Hi folks,

I have a Learner that was on my course last week. He's telling me he can't log in to the Learn Portal since there's an error in his email address, so cannot recover his password.
Can anyone tell me who I contact about sorting this out, please?

I'm sorry. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
I gave my learner an access key to get access to his online book for the course. Apparently he made a mistake in entering his email address so cannot recover his password, since it sends the recovery email to the wrong address.

Who do I need to talk to to possibly rectify this problem? Access to some kind of Help or Contact page on the Login screen would be useful for the learners, so they could do this for themselves.
