It's not really a problem, it's that the access code given is about to expire, to continue you need to purchase another access code

Access to CertMaster Perform provided as part of the CIN TTT series is valid for 90 days once you activate the code. The only exception is the A+ Core 1 and Core 2, which are valid for 120 days, given that they are two separate series.
