Is there a way an instructor can monitor a student's work with in CertMaster Learn and Lab? Does either program allow for an integration with a LMS?

So, CompTIA has some information on integrating CML/L 2023 and prior into Canvas with LTI 1.3. CM products 2024 and forward also have some extensive integration over LTI 1.3 as well, you can find that here.
The 2023 and prior versions, as I recall, would also have some kind of dashboard that would collate student progress. Not sure if that is also part of the 2024+ followings, but if you're using an LTI 1.3 capable LMS, you should be able to build up an integration and monitor student work.
