One of the biggest issues that come up with voucher fulfillment using the same email for CIN, On24, and CompTIA. Different e-mail addresses make it difficult to verify that you're a CIN member against the On24 attendance records. Remember, you also have to be affiliated in some way with a CompTIA Partner, doing instruction, that sort of thing.
Did you collect your certificates for each session? Doing so helps ensure that you, in fact, did watch all the sessions.
