CloudNetX not showing up in my list of certifications

I took the CloudNetX beta exam in August 2024. Earlier in February 2025, I received an email from CompTIA stating that I had passed the exam.

As of the start of March 2025, the CompTIA CloudNetX still does not show up in my list of certifications on the CompTIA portal. It doesn't even show up in my history of exams on the CompTIA portal, even though it does show up on the Pearson Vue web site, along with a score report.

Does anyone know what is the issue delaying the update to the CompTIA portal?

I am not sure all, but I think the Certificate (PDF) shall be available after CloudNetX is available. About your case, I think you could the helps from CompTIA, because I have seen the result in Certmetrics (History tab) when I have received the email from PearsonVUE to inform about the beta exam result. Still wait to see the result in Certmetrics (Certification tab).

Mine shows up in the exam history page (date taken + pass grade), but not in the list of certifications.
If yours is the same, it's likely just a website issue.
