Check out the 'All-in-One' CTT+ Exam Guide by Joseph Phillips available on Amazon. In my opinion a very good book that will relate everything you need to know to pass the 201 exam.

Thanks! Any recommendation Kindle/Hardcover? I think the days are past that there are cd's but sometimes Kindle doesn't have online review codes.
