Usually materials are available around the exam launch date.
I suspect it will be when, again, when the exam launches. But for now, Data+ is still too new a cert for any material to be available for it yet. If the industry holds true to form, we'll see other publishers toss out books based on the Objectives that have been published. Until then:

I have watched 4/6 of Mike Chapples Data+ course. Nice course, but I look forward to a book or two and the TTT. Plus researching the objectives deeply.
