Hi everyone, this is a double duty post - 1st an intro. I'm in NYC, A+, Net+, MCP, MCTS, Google IT Support Specialist, & Dell certified. Currently reviewing for sec+. "Retired" tech returned to college to become a teacher & recently graduated. Hired in june to teach IT support based on the A+ & Net + objectives, but due to covid lockdown limbo haven't started yet.Hi Rick, I am up! How are you? My organization is looking for remote A+ and Network+ instructors (full and part time). We are teaching the hard of hearing and deaf community network skills, getting them certified which will lead to a Microsoft internship finally landing with employment. The instructors do not need to know sign language (but it they do awesome). We have several onsite interpreters. I have posted an ad, do you have any ideas?
Brian
Part 2 - to Brian I'm VERY interested in working with the Deaf & HOH community. I've been studying ASL for a few years & tutoring Computer Science & Algebra at an ASL high school since September. Contact me at [email protected]
