does anyone the website where we as Instructors and Academic Partners have access to the Free Instructor Manuals for A+, Sec+, etc?

There isn't a website to get those, as you're implying. What you would need to do is get a hold of your CompTIA Business Development Manager and have that person get you a code for CertMaster Learn for the product in question. Once in there, one of the things you can get is a PDF for the Instructor Guide.

As an instructor you can get personal material if you attend CIN TTT for a particular certification if you complete necessary requirements, Otherwise contact your Business Development Officer.

No hay un sitio web para conseguirlos, como estás insinuando.
