Hey, congrats on your win today, Larry! Never have to worry about telling us all when you pass an exam; that's what we all like to see - folks taking and passing exams. Enjoy a nice frosty beverage of choice and celebrate it! And then on Monday, it's right back to business for the next one.Yes, very true. Also, if you want; purchase 101 Labs --CompTIA Security+ course book. I found this very interesting to use. A second group of labs I purchased was EC Council labs. All were a great help to my success at passing Security+ 601 exam. Not bragging--but I passed the exam today.
Harshad, not sure if this was mentioned, but while the Labs are not called out in the book itself, the Presentation Planner document will provide the guidance on where those Labs activities should be placed throughout each lessonHi guys. Why are there no step by step lab exercises in the Security+ manual unlike those found in CySA+?
I've found the CertMaster for Security+ Labs to be a great hands on training tool for students. Based on a hosted lab environment they feature both assisted and applied lab exercises. There are many hints and opportunities for additional learning included in the labs via drop downs. Are you talking about the CompTIA Instructor guide for Security+ 601? Because I think those kinds of things are going to be found in the CertMaster Lab for Security+.
