Only peoples who subscribed for a LinkedIN Learning can have access to the course.
Of course you can subscribe for a free month trial but after that you have to pay for your subscription.
There is also the possibility that your company offers you a subscription to LinkedIN Learning and in this case you will get access to the course catalog but also to the courses recommended to you by your company.

Yes, but the FREE access that I will be giving will be for any connections that I got in LinkedIn, and is limited to my course on OSPF.

It is just a 1-hour course, whereby the link will be available for free within a week.
