Hi,

We a re a nonprofit organization researching requirements for hosting evening and possibly Saturday CompTIA training courses. We have not done this before, but think it could be a good fit for our organization. Please provide any requirements, technical or other, for your services outside of CompTIA standards. Both in-person and remote training can be accommodated. At this time, we are open to instruction for all certifications. Instructors must be certified in the curses they teach. As this is an informal inquiry, all qualifications are subject to change, based on organizational needs. Those interested can contact us at hlc.comptia.hillcenter.org

Thank you for your interest!

Thank you! I'll update the post.
What Mark said about "CompTIA not certifying instructors" is correct. However, it’s worth noting that CompTIA previously offered a certification for instructors called CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+). This certification was officially retired at the end of 2023, but those who earned it—myself included—hold it for life. So, technically, it can still be mentioned if relevant.

Thanks, that's good to know!

I might be interested in an Adjunct position. I was a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) for Microsoft in the past in programming and databases. I am certified in Sec+, CYSA+, and SecurityX, and I am currently working on Linux+. I am an Assistant Professor and have taught Windows, NT, CYSA+, Sec+, Computer Literacy, and Office Pro, all in CompTIA. I have taught numerous other courses. I am scheduled to teach Net+, Linux+, Database Fundamentals, and Intro to Cybersecurity (Computer Literacy) this Fall 2025.
