Lost voucher

Bit of an odd one, I think when cleaning up some e-mails, the one containing my voucher got deleted, does anyone know of a way to recover the e-mail? Hopefully, This is the last time for me, but not the first time it has happened as a collective.

Recovering the email might be possible.

• Do you make backups of your computer? The email might be in there.
• Does your mail client have a trash bin? It might be in there.
• Do you use IMAP? Then the mail might be in the IMAP trash.

Also, Microsoft has a recovery function for things that are deleted. Not sure about Google these days, since I don't use Gmail much anymore. I think Workspace has one, if your e-mail is part of an organization.

In additional to above methods, you can also try contacting Stephen to resend the same voucher maybe he has a record of mapping a voucher and to whom he has sent to.... Otherwise am unsure the sent folder of his still keeps the email he had sent

Taking this opportunity, is it possible to request a new voucher? I received the voucher for the Tech+ certification, but it was valid until the end of 2024 and because of other priorities, I ended up letting the time pass. I regret it until now... &;-D

I don't think so, since expertly date indicates the opportune period the voucher should be used otherwise if it expires it's gone...... As always try is better than none...... Try request another one

Perhaps there is hope! You might double check the year on that email. Mine was good until 12/31/2025. Considering the Tech+ launch was in August of '24.....
