Security Awareness Training. When utilized successfully, training users has the potential to reduce the overall threat surface of an organization by raising user awareness of both malicious and non-malicious threats.

the best Cybersecurity Defense: Not using IT. There is no one and only 100% correct answer. It depends on so many things, but in the end, as Rick wrote: there are always humans involved. And Social Enginerring works without Computers since ages.. So Zero Trust my be the best way to go.

I would say all of them of course, however training is the first line of defense. Employees knowing and being aware of the basics thwart a basic attack.
