I am the newly appointed administrator for the CompTIA Academy at our institution. I was recently added to the CIN and now have access to the https://platform.comptia.org portal.

I am writing to request your guidance on how to begin using the platform effectively. Specifically, I need help understanding the initial steps to:
  1. Create classes for my students.
  2. Add my students to these classes.
Furthermore, I am inquiring about the availability of free fundamental-level courses for my students. At our institution, we also have academies for partners like Cisco and AWS, which provide free course access for students to learn and earn certifications and badges. I would like to know if similar opportunities exist through the CompTIA Academy program to help my students get started on their CompTIA certification path.
