I am also having the same issue. I have registered for the Virtual event, but did not get any registration email coming in. I have tried the forgot password on the login to CompTIA MyPartnerSummit 2022 but I also do not get the password reset so cannot log in. I don't want to miss the event and hope you can help me get this sorted

Hello Jill, you can connect with virtual attendees through the MyParnterSummit Website: https://mypartnersummit.comptia.org/

1.) Check your email from - CompTIA MyPartnerSummit <[email protected]>

2.) Use the link in the email to set up your profile on the event website.

3.) Check the tab called - PEOPLE


4.) You can message and connect with everyone attending both in person and virtual. FYI - it will be sent both within the app and their email.

FYI, the registration confirmation email should come from CompTIA MyPartnerSummit <[email protected]>.
