Morning all!
I just woke up and was greeted by a panicked student on Discord: they learned that, without much prior notice, CompTIA and PearsonVue have changed up their login methods.

Having to reset your account and password, just before taking your exam, is going to be a very bad and anxious situation for a lot of people.
What's even worse is that, so far, the password reset functionality is also not working. I have requested a new password multiple times, but no emails show up. And yes, the email address is correct because the "New Account" option tells me that address is taken.

This may surprise a lot of people at the worst possible time.CompTIA has migrated to single sign-on (SSO) to unify your CompTIA accounts and products under one login. All candidate records will now be accessible through the CompTIA sign on page. Clicking on the "Login" button will take you from Pearson VUE to the new site where your registration process will now begin.
