Those would come with the 30-day license for the book that participants received during the ITF+ TTT or with the instructor's guide itself, if you have your own copy. If you didn't download them with the book, or you didn't get the book in the first place, you might have to get a new license for the book to get access to those. But those presos aren't generally distributed by themselves.
Otherwise, you could adapt the TTT versions for students, while going along with the book to makes sure you have filled in with relevant content. You won't be too far off, although TTT goes domain by domain, where book presos generally go chapter by chapter.
