Hey everyone and Happy Monday! I wanted to throw this out there this week as we are a good ways into the NEW CompTIA SSO process, and wanted to make sure to address any questions around this topic.

So, instead of posing a question I will leave this open to anyone that may be experiencing issues, or just has questions around this topic. On Friday we will post some of our Best Practice and Resources information so you will be able to address or answer any questions from Students who may have them. See you then!

Everything seems smooth now, however just in case I see this with other students with the same problem I want to make sure it's be address properly...
The issue was, after students transitioned into SSO some of the past content was not showing up, our courses at my college run every 6 weeks and we use both certmaster and the ebook, so some students would finish lets say ITF+, when they transitioned to SSO they would only see the certmaster. My only solution was to call the comptia number. Would that be the best course of action or do you know if they would be able to re-register the codes or another quicker alternative?

Hi Michelle, as of now the SSO platform is only pulling in the Self-Paced products (with the exception of CertMaster Practice-ALL), so if your Students are also using Organization or Instructor-Led versions, they could go to the direct product platform links to gain access. Here are the direct links for each product line (they can access any products here at any time).
