Question: As an Instructor, what type of access do I have within the CompTIA learning platforms?

On the CertMaster Learn Platform an Instructor has access to the boost dashboard. Here, they have the ability to access instructor resources, reporting for groups and students assigned to them. Instructors can also impersonate the students assigned to them!

On the CertMaster Labs Platform the instructor has the ability to monitor the labs of their students in a live environment!

Yes! Eventually, we will have a CertMaster Labs Forum and can cover this topic. This only includes Labs on the Skillable platform, and not in the integrated product!

Yes! It has been a feature long existing from Skillable/ formally LODS. A note to add: monitoring the labs environment on Skillable is used for our usage based billing customers that are using the Skillable platform directly and not through integrated product,

I also wanted to let everyone know that on our CertMaster Practice platform they have accessibility to drill down deeper into their students practice assessments. This allows full engagement on core knowledge and gives insight to how a student will perform on the final assessment.
