Single Sign On For Labsim.

I understand the reason for moving to the Single Sign On for Labsim, but doing that has caused a lot of issues for my students. Prior to this month, I was able to send my students temporary passwords if they forgot their passwords. With the new system now in place I no longer have the ability to do that. Because most of my students only have school email accounts(K12), the password reset procedure is creating a lot of unhappy students and parents. I already reached out to our corporate IT to see if they could whitelist CompTIA, but it seems to be a long and daunting process. I have also tried getting my students to move over to a personal email, but that still has its oen issues. Are there any suggestions as how to proceed with the issue? Are there any other instructors having the same issue?
