I'm at a loss here. A student had a Title IX situation late in the semester. I offered them an "incomplete" grade to give them more time to complete the materials for TestOut (TO) Network Pro and another TO title. Unfortunately, the student can't complete the materials before Network Pro retires on Dec. 20th. I believe in this student, and it took a bit to convince them to take the incomplete grade. Now, I feel like I've set them up for failure on the Network Pro. Any ideas?

Thanks, @Rick Butler. That's an option. I'd have to find materials, as the materials we used before TestOut (MTA, many moons ago) has also retired, and I doubt the school would purchase the student access to CertMaster Learn Network+.

I hate that the student will miss out on the chance at the Network Pro certification/assessment. They've worked so hard, just to be hamstrung now.

You can keep on pushing , you still have someday.

@Roslyn Turner, have you had a chance to talk with your Customer Success representative to see if there is another option they can provide to use attain the Network Pro certification/assessment?

I know it is not the same, however, kind of like what @Rick Butler commented, you could use one of the assessments that come with Network+ content to validate their knowledge. It will not be the Network Pro certificate but they will count as course completion.
