That link has the on demand videos. I'm asking about vouchers and instructor resources using codes I have claimed.
About the voucher for TTTs, you must comply with the CIN's policy that you shall receive it after attending TTTs.
About the instructor resources that you have claimed, you can access them CompTIA account if they were not expired (As the attached picture)
