Who at CompTIA coordinates with PearsonVue about exam accommodations?

I have students who have applied for exam accommodations and have been waiting nearly a month to get a response and receive an accommodation. PearsonVue is telling them they are waiting on CompTIA and when they contact CompTIA, they say the students must work with PearsonVue.

Does anyone know who at CompTIA coordinates with PearsonVue about exam accommodations so I can get both PearonVue and CompTIA together to resolve these issues?
