Do CIN Members Get Discounts on CE Renewal Resources (e.g., Security+ CertMaster CE)?

Hi everyone,

I’m a member of the CompTIA Instructor Network (CIN) and I’m planning my CE renewals. Before I purchase any continuing education resources, I wanted to ask:

Do CIN members receive discounts on CE renewal materials or tools?
For example, the Security+ CertMaster CE is currently listed at around $200 — is there an instructor discount available through CIN for this or similar products?

If there are specific procedures or promo codes that CIN members should use to access these discounts, I’d really appreciate details.

I've been a CIN member for five years, and I've never seen a CIN-specific discount program.

We do have access to TTT webinars, which typically include an exam voucher, but that's about it.

I too have never heard of a discount on these for CIN'ers. I think they are trying to encourage instructors to take the new version of a certification, not just the meet the CE requirements would be my guess.

Through your school. Instructors get free vouchers if they are CompTIA partners.

I've used Certmaster CE to reup my Sec+ the last two times.. and last time I was a CompTIA employee and still did not get any discount for it. It is still so worth it IMO, considering only need it once every 3 years, and it updates your A+ and Net+ too..

I can pretty much say that CIN members are not accorded discounts on CertMaster. Those kinds of things would be negotiated through the Partner program. You'll probably want to connect with your Business Development Manager for information on that.
