Did Not Receive CertMaster Codes for SecAI+ and CySA+

Hi everyone!

I was not able to receive the CertMaster voucher/access codes for both SecAI+ and CySA+.

For SecAI+, I attended the training through the on-demand sessions, and I saw that @Stephen Schneiter mentioned that learners should receive the access code after completing the first session, even for on-demand learners. I already completed the sessions, but I have not received the email yet.

For CySA+, I attended the first day live session, but I also have not received the CertMaster voucher/access code.

May I kindly ask if the voucher/access codes are sent automatically after attendance is recorded, or if they can be resent directly?

I would appreciate your help on this. Thank you!

Hi Rick,

Yes, I attended/completed the first on-demand session for SecAI+ during the webinar period, and I even received the SecAI+ exam voucher already.

The only thing I have not received yet is the CertMaster access/voucher code for SecAI+. I also have not received the CertMaster access/voucher code for CySA+, even though I attended the first day live session.

Thank you for clarifying — I’ll wait for Stephen’s confirmation as well.

Thank you for sharing this.

For SecAI+, I understand the exam voucher qualifications, and I believe I met the requirements since I participated in the on-demand sessions during the live series date range and I already received the SecAI+ exam voucher.

My concern is specifically about the CertMaster access code, because I have not received that email yet.

Thank you again for the clarification. I’ll wait for Stephen’s confirmation as well.

I received mine. As long as you check all the boxes above highlighted by Ali. You should be good to go.

Hello @janchester27, for access to the CertMaster Perform content, an email with access code and instructions were sent out once someone finished the first session, either live or on-demand. I can go back and forward the email to you. You should see it in your inbox later today.

As for the SecAI+, I will go back to the distribution list and see what I can find. If you are not receiving the emails from CIN, you may not have received the exam voucher email. I will reach out to you directly about the voucher.

Hi Stephen, I also did not reveive my CertMaster voucher/access code for CySA+.

@Stephen Schneiter I had to miss Thursday's CYSA+ Session 8 for a meeting and am watching on demand now. I wanted to see if it would still be possible to get credit for attendance to receive a voucher or if it is too late? Sorry for the inconvenience. Happy Independence Day!

Hi Stephen, I have the same question for SecAI+ - I did the TTT program as required but didn't get an email. However, the email I use for my main CompTIA account and the email I use for CIN are different. Could that be the issue?
