Free Comptia Books/Instructor guides

There are ways, but not in the way you're thinking.

You or your organisation (training provider) need to buy the materials.

If you want'm free, you can find someone who has them and ask for them as a gift. But generally speaking even second-hand these books go for a price.

If you are an education partner with a publisher or LMS you may be able to get an instructor copy through them. May. But yeah, most of mine I bought.

Usually, a publisher will offer a promotional copy - this has been a go-to for me when I just needed a text to study. For me, however, that has been less and less.

But then, while I call it a blessing to get free copies of texts, expecting it or even demanding it, to me is no good, particularly for an entire class. Publishers and authors should be compensated for their products and work - and my support (and dollars) helps with that. I know it's very competitive out there.
