Is there any way or possibility to printed get hard copies of Comptia Instructor Resources and Free Books?

There are ways, but not in the way you're thinking.

You or your organisation (training provider) need to buy the materials.

If you want'm free, you can find someone who has them and ask for them as a gift. But generally speaking even second-hand these books go for a price.

If you are an education partner with a publisher or LMS you may be able to get an instructor copy through them. May. But yeah, most of mine I bought.
