Academic Pricing for CompTIA Academic Partners Currently Unavailable

I am attempting to purchase exam vouchers for my students, and it appears that with the new website store, academic pricing is not available. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does anyone know how to purchase vouchers for students at the academic price now that PearsonVue no longer sells CompTIA vouchers and the new CompTIA store is not supporting academic pricing?

Thank you, Bruce. I did a password reset, and the ACAD pricing is still NOT showing up. Maybe they are having problems getting everyone set up on the new store. I just received an email from customer support, and they can not seem to fix it and are having me contact someone else.
I advise you to do a password reset if you haven't done so since yesterday. Our purchaser had do do this to see the ACAD pricing. I have seen it working just 1 hour ago.

Mike, with the new website and store launch yesterday, there may be some kinks to work out. You need to contact your account rep so they can get your order processed.

Sorry to hear that didn't work. Does it show the "Academic" in the upper right next to your name? But Stephen is correct, your account rep is the best one to talk to on this.
 
I am experiencing the same issue. When I attempt to purchase products for my students I do not see academic pricing. I did open a ticket with CompTIA. I do not see "Academic" next to my name. I did see this last week.
I was told to contact my CompTIA representative, and I did that. They are going to process the order manually on the backend. This will be the process until all the kinks are worked out.

Hi @Keith Consol, as @Mike Leih mentioned, you need to reach out to your CompTIA Account Representative as they will be able to assist you with orders. I hope this helps.
