Access Key has Expired

I have been participating in the CySA+ webinar and got the access key to access the eBook and certmaster Lab for 90 days and did not use the key until today when i wanted to redeem the access code. However it says the access key has expired.

what should I do next?

I would probably say contact your Business Development specialist and see if they can comp you a 30 day subscription?

I'd contact your Business Development Manager like @Rick Butler suggested. It says that it must be activated by July 14, so it would have needed to be activated before today. The codes must be like Cinderella's carriage that turns back into a pumpkin at midnight.

I haven't redeem yet...when going to redeem it says your code is expired..

Yes, have found out the hard way many things, not just CompTIA learning, means "as of 0:01 on stated day is expired".

The only exception has been TTT vouchers, thankfully. I just took both A+ exams on the expiration date of July 18.

Hi Fanuel, it sounds like maybe you were given an evaluation copy? Generally CompTIA product is good for 12 months, if you need to get in touch with someone at CompTIA please feel free to use this helpful link and we can get everything sorted
