I got access to a course that was released last year "a+ cyber" that looks like a great review of material for refreshing students and supporting Security+, CYSA and PenTest+. It even has a unit devoted to scripting. I like what I see but I'm curious if anyone has any experience with the course and how it worked out for you.

Never heard of this thing... You say you got access to it, so tell us more: who are the vendor?? Where can we find more information?
It's in the CompTIA store. They have new offerings for the following:

a+ Cyber
a+ Network
AI Essentials

It's listed under "Other training"

Oh no.

They're pulling the same mistake Apple made in the 1990s: making too large a variety of different products, confusing everybody as to which to pick or use. Because, is "A+ Cyber" A+ and Sec+? No? So do I need A+, Sec+ and A+Cyber? Or just A+Cyber?! It's messy.

EDIT:

Holy moley, five hundred bucks for something I have no idea what it is or does? And the industry also doesn't know it yet? No thanks. I'm really not a fan of what they're pulling here.
