SecurityX provides 25 CEUs for Cloud+. Both CySA+ and PenTest+ provide 33 CEUs for Cloud+.
So, what I ended up doing was taking the Microsoft MS900 and SC900 exams. This gave me more than enough CEUs to reup on my Cloud+. For me, I think that's a better route, since I have aspirations of getting more certified in Azure.
