Not getting correct date on Completion Certificate

Hello All,

I have a problem with the 1101 TTT Series. I took all of them last year. This year I'm going through them again as things have changed and I want to take the Cert. exam. When I finish and pull up the Completion Certificate it has last years date. I have cleared all cache and cookies from the browser. The time and date on my computer is correct. Any help would be appreciated.

You can take the certification exam even without the TTT certs.

Thank for your input. Yes, I can take the certification exam without the TTT completion certificates but the problem is my company requires
professional development hours each year. If I can't get this years dates on the TTT completion certificates I don't fulfill my job requirements.

You cannot change the dates once you have done the TTT. The system will record the date you completed the sessions.
