When taking a CompTIA certification exam using the Pearson Vue exam platform, does anyone recall whether you must CLOSE the scenario window to see the entire PBQ?
A student is asking and I don't recall precisely.
(In contrast, you MUST close the scenario window in CertMaster.)

Yes. I took the Cloud+ Beta today, with five PBQs. Of those 5, probably 4 of them required that I close the scenario window in order to see all relevant information. Some items needed to be clicked to open new windows with additional information, which also would have been problematic if I didn't close the scenario window first. One of them, I could have moved the scenario window around to see what I needed.

Thanks a million!

Confirmed, Jill is absolutely right. Very often the panel with the assignment will cover part of the challenge.
I really appreciate your help, Jill and Tess. Today is the last day of the Project+ class, and with your help, I’ll be able to give that student an answer today. <3
