It is possible but it depends on your reasoning. If you have any supporting documentation, you will need to provide that. A letter of motivation could also help.
Like others have pointed out. In all my years of taking certification exams, I am yet to see a case where the expiration date of an exam voucher has been successfully extended. Best bet is to write the exam by the expiration date at the very latest.
Hi, I’ve not seen any information confirming that expired exam vouchers have been extended. However, I have seen a similar situation with a colleague. He contacted customer service and explained his genuine circumstances, providing medical evidence. As a result, they issued him a new voucher that allowed him to take the exam.
Because the original voucher had a specific expiry date, they said it could not be overridden.
