Hello mates, Trust we are all good, happy new year, I am currently surprised here because Nothing like the thrill of an unexpected pre-exam puzzle: Why is this voucher I've been safeguarding like Gollum already redeemed? A true test of patience before the test , I Just tried to use my exam voucher and the system says it's already been redeemed. Has this happened to anyone else? @Stephen Schneiter Please sir help look into this.

Hi, @Aremutope, I can look to see about the voucher. DM me what voucher you are trying to use and that it was offered through a TTT. I will see what I can do.
