Voucher Usage

Hello mates, Trust we are all good, happy new year, I am currently surprised here because Nothing like the thrill of an unexpected pre-exam puzzle: Why is this voucher I've been safeguarding like Gollum already redeemed? A true test of patience before the test , I Just tried to use my exam voucher and the system says it's already been redeemed. Has this happened to anyone else? @Stephen Schneiter Please sir help look into this.

Hi, @Aremutope, I can look to see about the voucher. DM me what voucher you are trying to use and that it was offered through a TTT. I will see what I can do.

I had that happen last year. They had accidentally sent me the same voucher for two different TTTs. Then of course one of them didn't work. Never did get it resolved, but mistakes happen. Moved on to work on the next exam on my to-do list. Hopefully Stephen can fix this one for you!

I also had this happen, with my SEC + voucher, back in October. I emailed you, and never heard a response, but to be fair, it was right at the time you had an OOF reply for a convention.

Never had such an issue since I started certifying in CompTIA certifications.

I have it in pen tester + until now no solution but in other voucher work perfectly.
