Yes, the link took me to the SYO-601 not 501; this particular student could only access the practice and lab of the bundle.
Hmm, so it is not actually showing you 501? Do you have that as an option in your dropdown menu at the top of the screen?
Should say "My Courses" or have a little grey triangle on it.
This dropdown menu contains all of your purchased or assigned courses.
If you do not see the purchased course in this menu, it might be time to reach out to CompTIA proper to remedy the issue.

Now you mention the 'student', when up until now your question was geared towards you yourself having purchased the course and not having access. If you are an instructor, you will need to add the student to the course on the dashboard which may be the step which was skipped.
