Hi Folks, I wanted to share an update on voucher distribution. It looks like there was a glitch. As you know, with the backend work of migrating systems, CIN is still on the older system. The issue should be resolved soon. I spoke with the email team and they said they should be able to get the SecurityX vouchers re-queued and ready to go by Thursday

On a good note, CloudNetX vouchers should follow distribution fairly soon after SecurityX vouchers. They are also looking to move CIN over to the new data system in the next few weeks, which will also speed future distributions.
With that said, I would like to remind everyone to please go in and complete and/or update your profile here in CIN so when the date is moved over, it is paired correctly in the CompTIA CRM. This is a huge ask as it will go a long way in speeding up processes such as voucher qualification and distribution.

Some don't understand it takes time to verify. I teach at a local university(partner) and it still takes time. No complaints hereIt's interesting how many people NEVER post in CIN unless they're complaining about not receiving a voucher.....
