Here’s a thought: what if we outlined high-priority instructor contributions that deliver immediate value to the community and help justify voucher allocation? Things like:

• Sharing teaching strategies, annotated slides, or visual metaphors for tough topics
• Uploading labs, worksheets, or branded onboarding guides
• Answering questions, welcoming new members, or hosting study groups
• Reviewing shared resources or offering feedback on CompTIA tools
• Promoting CIN locally or sharing success stories from the field

We could even gamify it — badges, dashboards, or a modular tracker to spotlight top contributors. That way, vouchers become part of a value loop, not just a handout.

Are you logged into the CompTIA store with an account that is tied to your Partner status? For example, if you are an academic partner, you should be using your .EDU account. If it's not working like that, I'd probably reach out to your Business Development Manager and see if something is up with that.

Hi Rick not shouting just saying what happened just making statement no shouting in future wont say a word and I have been buying vouchers and will continue to do so going forward. This a free option so it would not be my place to shout as its a service that I did not pay for.
In past I bought vouchers and did not wait. Like 220-1201 and 220-1202 I bought those as I had a class.

J'ai passé les deux examens à environ sept jours d'intervalle.

- Chaque examen commence par environ 5 questions chronométrées (environ 10 minutes chacune) et beaucoup d'autres questions pièges, puis passe à des questions à choix multiples beaucoup plus faciles.

If it is that important that the Trainer has to be certified, they should pay for the Exam and not wait for the TTT Voucher.. They may ask their Business Manager for a Free Voucher. But so, do not complain here. But Rick, maybe we are already to long around to know the rules, while others just sign up, because it it free...
