Long story short I am AD Army and there is a gap at my installation for young soldiers to achieve certs without paying massive out of pocket expenses. Working to put the pieces together to teach entry level CompTIA in line with the certs I have. I've seen a lot of back and forth on here how to get the course material, cert master, etc. I found a way to get the vouchers covered for them from the Army but now I'm essentially trying to build a bootcamp that I can host locally for them. Any information anyone can offer will be much appreciated!

I am in the process of starting a youth IT initiative in Kentucky whereas I will need to hire instructors for A+, Network+ and Security+. I wanted to know if someone in this community could tell me what it takes to hire instructors along with any other logistics that come along with that?

In our program we were utilizing several servers for hosting vms through VMWare on GNS3. However we recently had to stop due to the increase in VMWare licensing costs. So, now we have several servers that are essentially unused. We are considering other types of vm software, but I wanted to see if I could get any good ideas of how we could utilize them outside of VMs to help with student learning. Any input would be appreciated.

I have a student who wants to study CertMaster Learn Network+ on their own and complete the competency assessment (which my school uses to award "prior learning" course credit). How would the student go about taking their proctored competency assessment without being in one of my classes?

I am working through Lab 4.1.3 APPLIED LAB in the DataX class and I am uncertain as to the answer to Question (2) below and justification for the answer. I repeatedly get it wrong and I keep having to restart the Lab VM just to get to try the get this question correct. I think I am applying sound thinking as to what the correct answer should be, but perhaps there is someone who can provide the official answer and why it's the official answer?

(2) Which of the following columns can be calculated?
year
day
dep_delay
arr_delay
air_time
month

I am going to eventually get it right after going through all of the possible combinations but it is much appreciated if someone can help clarify why the official answer is what it is as I am misunderstanding the context of this question. I will need to explain to the students why this answer was chosen to remove any subjectivity.

I had also asked previously if there is a place where all of the DataX lab solutions and answers to all questions are posted so students can refer to them afterwards on their own time. Is there an update on this, and is there a plan to provide an answer key and/or ZIP of the completed notebooks?

Is there a way an instructor can monitor a student's work with in CertMaster Learn and Lab? Does either program allow for an integration with a LMS?

FED VTE was a great resource for most of the CompTIA cybersecurity and infrastructure exams (Security +, CySA+, Cloud+, Pentest+, and CASP+). With the discontinuation of FED VTE and migration to CISA, it's become a lot harder to find a "one stop shop" if you will of CEU's presented in that same way. The CISA website is vast, and the convergence of information from FED VTE is still ongoing so it's hard to locate a lot of the resources.

What are some of the other resources out there that are being utilized and referred to your students when it comes to CEU's for Security X?

I hope all is well. I'm a Sec+ certified cybersecurity teacher representing Baku Engineering University. We have been an Azerbaijan-based academic institution since 1997. We teach bachelor's, master’s, and doctoral programs well in our facilities. We would like to be an academic partner with CompTIA so that people can enjoy our partnership. We find it fitting for our labs, teachers, and students that a partnership would be available between us.

I have used multiple online resources that were advertised to be forms to apply for partnership but they were either completely unavailable(404) or unresponsive(no returns to my email). Can anyone help me in this regard? Like what is the correct process for applying to CompTIA’s Academic Partner Program? Is there any alternative contacts or regional representatives who could assist? Anyone who has been through this process is needed

I'm on of the Certified Instructor in my Organisation. I got security+ training contents and i successfully certified , started to deliver the certification to our students. Now we have multiple enquiry for other certification. But when i tried to self certified first then the BDM saying now all material delivery is freeze so i didn't get any vouchers. Is it correct or is I was wrong? I m confused please clarify the truth

As I understand that the E-learning of CV0-004 Cloud+ will shift to CertMaster Perform.
Does anybody know where or how can I get/purchase the Instructor slide from the CertMaster Perform?

Are there any PDF Files containing the course outlines for A+ (both cores) and Security+? I've tried searching the web and the best that I could get were the Exam Objectives Mapping PDF Files. I don't have a particular need to know where each topic in the exam can be found in the courseware material, but getting an official document of the table of contents (just the table of contents) would suffice. Does such a document exist?

Yesterday I started the CompTIA CloudNetX CNX-001 TTT Session 1 and was rushed, and felt that I would be able to do much better with it watching the "on demand" at an increased speed. With that observation, I left the meeting where the instructor I believe had stated the 'on-demand' would be available likely within an hour of the course completion.

it is now the next day, and I still have no access to the prep exam.
