CompTIA A+ 1100 Series Voucher

Can I use the 1100 series voucher I received through participation in the Core 2 220-1102 TTT course to test for the A+ 1101 exam instead? I had another voucher given to me through my employer before I received this voucher and have already passed the 1102 exam.

CompTIA Learn Strengths & Weaknesses

Some of my students which are using CompTIA Learn are wondering how the "Strength & Weaknesses" score is calculated, and how they might be able to improve their rating. A few questions:

- Are there any guides explaining how this works on the backend?
- Does the system use historical performance, i.e., if I retake practice questions, will my rating improve?
- Baring specific details, are there any generic guidance on how one might go about increasing their score?

Project+ beta results

I see on the website the new Project+ exam is scheduled to release on Nov 8. Is that when we can expect to get Project+ beta test results? It's been a while since I've had to wait on beta results, lol. This one has been a very long wait!

Linux+ TTT series

Hi, I have attended all 10 Linux+ TtT sessions via ON24. I have all of my certificates, and also have them downloaded, however if I now go back to access any of the recorded sessions I receive an error advising my email address is not registered.

If I click the webinar link from within the Webcast emails I can access the sessions on demand, using my email address.

I just want to check that my attendance has been registered correctly for the Linux+ sessions.

Thanks.
Rob.

A+ certified x2 (GFL+CE), and just 25 years between them!

Got my 1102 TTT voucher on Thursday afternoon and took the exam at pretty much my first opportunity--which happened to be this morning at 12:45 am. ? Passed with a 761 after just a quick run-through of all of the practice questions on the Official Instructor Guide. I didn't go too hard with review for this one because I figured that if I didn't pass, I'd be getting another free voucher in a few months anyway when I registered for the corresponding course at WGU, but now I don't even have to take that!

A+ GFL certified February 1998
A+ CE certified September 2022

Comptia Certified Instructor "CCI"

Dears ,what about creating a new program for Comptia Certified Instructor like MCT for microsof for these reasons:

1-Ensure qualificatin of instructors who are teaching in Comptia learning Partners
2-Annual fees should be paid for this membership
3-More resource access to instructors
4-Instructor must pass presentation skills on line

It is just an idea :giggle:

  • Question
Balancing a work CompTIA account and personal account

Good evening!

I was wondering how does one go about managing multiple CompTIA accounts? For example, I have my personal account that I received my certifications under. I have my work account for access to CIN, store benefits for purchasing resources for students, etc. I may receive benefits under my work account that should, in theory, transfer to my personal account. I have training credits from attending prior TTT webinars that should apply to my personal account for recertification but I attended the events under my work account. I reached out to someone in charge of TTT on 8/17 to see if I could get some answers but I haven't heard anything. I'm sure I'm not alone in this so I wanted to ask the community for your thoughts?

New Linux+

Greetings!

Any updates on the release date for the new Linux+ book, exam, and CertMaster labs? We're trying to assess if we will use the new materials (book) in the fall semester. Also, we're evaluating the CertMaster labs for students taking our Intro and Advanced Linux courses (with 10-15 sections each semester). I was asked to provide an update as the book store wants to know what's happening this fall. @Stephen Schneiter

Thanks!

John McConnell
