CompTIA launched its new website and e-commerce store on Tuesday this week. I have seen a few questions about the site and making purchases.
There have been a number of videos created to help users walk through several areas of the new website.

Please note that this currently just affects U.S. customers. The International store will be launching a little later this year. Where can I find CompTIA associates who work with colleges. I'm an instructor with Rowan College of Gloucester County in NJ. Im having an issue with my students registering on the Certmaster platform. Any assistance would be beneficial.

There are three XPert Series exams: SecurityX, DataX, and CloudNetX.

SecurityX (formerly CASP+) is an expert level cybersecurity certification. It is higher level than Security+, CySA+, and PenTest+. It also renews each of these certifications.

DataX is an expert level data science certification. It is a higher level than Data+ and DataSys+. It currently does not renew either of these certifications.

CloudNetX is an expert level networking certification. It is a higher level than Network+ and Cloud+. It currently does not renew either of these certifications.

Does anyone know if DataX or CloudNetX will renew lower level certs or provide partial CEUs for lower level certs at some point in the future?

Hi, just like to ask, I have my existing comptia account tied up to my personal account, now, we got approved as a partner, I logged in and registered using my corporate email which dont have any certifications tied up. Is there a way to combine those two? or do I need to combine those two? or just leave it like that,,, the CIN requires business email....

This makes the fourth CompTIA certification I've earned that has been retired.

There is no Lab reference available for Core 1 Certmaster learn Labs,

are they in the planning stage or what?

Hello all. I'm trying to get an idea of the kinds of organizations that are employing CompTIA instructors. Apologies if I missed some blatantly obvious source of that information (someone please tell me if I did), but i really only have a vague idea of what kinds of organizations need CompTIA instructors.

My initial wild guess includes:

• IT training companies
• Corporations with large IT staff
• Trade schools and career centers (I work for one of these)
• Independent trainers

What am I missing? Is anyone willing to educate me here?

Mapping CompTIA to Apprenticeship’s can give industrial insights to academic qualifications but how many of you do this?

I'm glad to see the CompTIA Tech+ eBook after the website changes, which currently seems to only be available as a Student Edition. However, I'm looking for the Instructor Edition. How much longer until the CompTIA Tech+ Instructor Edition eBook is released/available.

The iMac M4 was delivered today much needed update from Windows Surface. How many of you are looking at updating hardware to support AI.

When is TestOut and CertMaster going to merge like A+ and Networking+?

If you want to get some responses to your solicitations for trainers, please remember to do the following:

1. Be specific in what you're looking for. Is the assignment contract work, part-time, or full-time? Do you require that the trainer be certified in the latest version, or just have an active certification that is maintained through CEUs? Do you require a degree? Does the assignment require TS/SCI clearance? Is the assignment onsite or virtual? Do you want local trainers, or will you accept distant or even overseas trainers? In which time zone will the training take place? In what language will the training be conducted?

2. Post a pay range for your budget. It saves you time and it saves the trainers time. If you have a limited budget, there may be trainers who will bid on the job. But more experienced trainers with high demand won't get tied up for an assignment that ultimately they won't accept.

3. Respond in a timely manner. If you post on this site, but take a week to respond to questions or comments, don't be surprised if you see little interest in the assignment.

I just received my certificate for passing Tech+. Thanks, CIN and TTT, for the voucher!

I know as a former SME and trainer that the CompTIA suite of content is excellent, however, when it comes to "special programs" like for US Military Veterans or extended bootcamps some companies may need to develop a very specific program or additional courses.
